Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the Tanglez Hair Studio website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

The prices indicated may change from time to time without notice.


We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $80, New Zealand Wide.

Free click and collect service for all Ashburton Orders.

$6 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for all orders under $80 (Urban Areas).

$10 Flat Rate Rural Shipping for All Rural Orders


Returns For Refund or Exchange

Please choose your haircare products carefully as we do not refund items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we are more than happy to exchange your items within 7 days from the day you received your order, with proof of purchase, and providing the items are in their original condition.

If we deem your return as unused and in the same condition that you received it in, we will be happy to organise an exchange of items for you, as long as the returns process, as outlined here, has been initiated by you within 7 days from the day you received your order.

If your order is deemed faulty by us, then a refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within around 3-5 business days. Please don’t throw this away as we may require the product to be returned.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All sale items are treated as final sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless faulty.

Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of hairbrushes, combs or accessories.

How to return your items

To complete a return, please email info@tanglez.co.nz with a photo where applicable first so we can start the refund/exchange process with you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase included. You can either bring your return into the salon or post it to the returns address listed below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Use of Products 

Upon purchase of products, the purchaser agrees to use the product only for the intended purpose and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, guidelines and precautions.

You should always check the ingredients list of individual products to avoid allergic reactions. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Failure to provide us with 24 hours notice of a missed or cancelled appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee and may also require a booking fee for future appointments.
