Tips for order pick up:
Please bring your order confirmation email with you to pick up your order. This is to make sure you get your correct order! If someone else is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email on collection.
We aim to deliver all NZ orders with a 1-2 day courier service, but occasionally in busy times orders can take 2-4 days.
Domestic orders are sent using various carriers. Although we aim to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If the order has not arrived by then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details.
If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving along faster.
All Rural orders will take 1-3 days longer than Standard Shipping and a $10.00 charge will apply regardless of your order spend. Please choose the Rural Shipping option at checkout if your shipping address is rural. We cannot deliver to rural addresses unless you tick the rural option of shipping and pay the $10.00 (NZD). We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and this is usually the same day if placed before 2pm, or after receiving your payment via internet banking. In busier times orders will be processed within two working days and shipped within five maximum. We will do our very best to ship your order as fast as we can. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and Tanglez is satisfied with the integrity of the order. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase, this will contain an invoice of the item/s and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Please note orders may take longer on public holidays and weekends or rural deliveries. We use a range of couriers including but not limited to NZ Courier, Post Haste, Castle Parcels, NZ Post
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags but feel free to provide an alternate address

Returns For Refund or Exchange
Please choose your haircare products carefully as we do not refund items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we are more than happy to exchange your items within 7 days from the day you received your order, with proof of purchase, and providing the items are in their original condition.
If we deem your return as unused and in the same condition that you received it in, we will be happy to organise an exchange of items for you, as long as the returns process, as outlined here, has been initiated by you within 7 days from the day you received your order.
If your order is deemed faulty by us, then a refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within around 3-5 business days. Please don’t throw this away as we may require the product to be returned.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All sale items are treated as final sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless faulty.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of hairbrushes, combs or accessories
How to return your items
To complete a return, please email email@example.com with a photo where applicable first so we can start the refund/exchange process with you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase included. You can either bring your return into the salon or post it to the returns address listed below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
